Who we are

Follist is operated by Raposo Consulting S.L. (CIF B09631359), with registered address at [Registered address] (“Follist”, “we”). Contact: hello@follist.com. By creating an account you accept these terms.

The service

Follist lets you add public Instagram profiles and, whenever you choose, read the list of accounts each profile follows. The first check (baseline) saves that list; later checks (comparison scans) show which accounts were added and which may have been removed since your previous check. Checks only run when you start them.

Follist is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and give a valid email address. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity in your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.

Acceptable use

You must use Follist lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the service to harass, stalk or intimidate anyone (including covertly monitoring a current or former partner), to evade access controls, to monitor private accounts, or to violate the rights of others. You may not copy, resell or automate access to Follist. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund of the Signals used.

Results and limitations

Public social data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or changed by its source. Follist shows quality and confidence indicators, but cannot guarantee that every result is complete or definitive. A change is detected between two checks; we cannot know the exact moment it happened.

Plans, Signals and prices

• The Core plan costs $14.99 per month and includes 500 Signals each billing cycle.
• Each check uses Signals according to the size of the following list: 1 Signal per 100 accounts read. The estimated cost is shown before every check. If a check fails or is incomplete, the reserved Signals are returned.
• Plan Signals are renewed each billing cycle: Signals left from the previous month do not carry over.
• Top-up packs are one-time purchases available with an active plan. Their Signals do not expire while your plan is active.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes never affect a period you have already paid.

Payment and automatic renewal

Payments are processed by Stripe. The Core plan renews automatically every month and is charged to your saved payment method until you cancel. If a renewal cannot be charged, we will let you know and may pause the plan’s monthly Signals until the payment is completed.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. Signals left when the plan ends can no longer be used.

Refunds

Refunds are available on request. If you are not satisfied with a payment, write to hello@follist.com from your account email within 14 days, indicating the payment. We review every request and, when it is accepted, refund it to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The Signals from a refunded payment are removed from your balance.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. If you have already used part of the service, we may deduct the proportional value of what was provided. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Follist available and reliable, but checks depend on external platforms and providers and may be interrupted or adjusted when those sources change. We may update features; if a change significantly reduces what you have paid for, you can cancel and request a refund for the unused period.

Liability

Follist is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions taken on the basis of results, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of important changes by email or in your account at least 15 days before they apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims before its courts.
